OTN Systems runs Factory Acceptance Tests remotely
While COVID-19 blocks the roads towards us, we open up new ones along the digital highway. Our Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are a good example. Normally, you'd come to our HQ and we'd carry out the necessary tests together to check if the equipment is ready for operation.
Now, we organize remote FATs. This involves video conferencing and the filming and real-time sharing of our engineers’ tests while the client monitors the network behaviour online via the TXCare Management System. We've already put this into practice with various clients, much to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
